Thrive on variety and work under pressure. In this field Veronica helps Companies to undertake corporate transaction, such as buying or selling a business (Mergers & Acquisitions – M&A). On cross-border transactions, team can involve other lawyers from across the firm.

(3) START-Ups – SPIN-OFFs – M&A INTEGRATION PROCESS
Veronica M. Pruinelli helps also Start-Ups and SPIN-OFFs to navigate securities laws and prepare documents for incorporation also in order to present the Project to investors and assist the Clients in any relevant phase (including the post-merger integration process).

(4) INSOLVENCY
Veronica is contacted also when Companies or Individuals are in financial distress and advise the individual or Company or acts for their creditors or other stakeholders. It is possible to restructure the debts or in case it is necessary (for example, because it has insufficient cash or assets to compromise creditors claim) Veronica and her team may assist with the formal insolvency proceedings and any subsequent activity.

(5) REAL ESTATE
Veronica helps clients to manage their rights and responsibilities as landowners and to value the economic potential of the land and the buildings.

Veronica acts as Arbitrator in several proceeding between Companies in accordance with the Rules of the main International Chambers of Arbitration, including the Camera Arbitrale di Milano.
Arbitration is a process whereby parties agree to have a dispute determinate by a privately appointed tribunal to resolve the dispute, that could be held by a single individual or a panel of (generally) three lawyers or industry experts.
